Let’s be friends… in a web 2.0 kind of way

As some of you may have noticed in the last few weeks we’ve added some handy icons on the right hand side of the site to all the various social networking sites and similar web 2.0-y sites that Turntable Radio rolls on. So don’t be a stranger and add us. I’ve also finally taken the plunge and created a Murdochspace page for TTR, which was well overdue, like really… let’s just say neither Trick nor I have much love or patience for myspace hence the delay. Anyways, we’re there now, and over on Facebook and Twitter and various other bits.

Something else I’ve just added is a SoundCloud dropbox, also located on the right hand side (just a little further down from where you’re reading this). Use this to send me your music for the show.

Below is a handy rundown of all the sites you can find us on, as well as Rhythm-Incursions, our sister radio show. Or just use the icons on the right hand side like I said.

Now stop wasting so much time on the internet and go do something productive!

Myspace – Turntable Radio / Rhythm-Incursions
Facebook – TTR Facebook page / R-I Facebook fan page
Youtube – Turntable Radio / Spin Science youtube page
Twitter – @turntableradio / @rhythminc / @laurent_fintoni / @mr_trick
Last.fm – MrEurope (Laurent) / Turntable Radio / Rhythm Incursions

Rhythm-Incursions strikes back!

A quick note to let you all know that Turntable Radio’s sister show (or big brother, or… you get the picture) is back with a bit of a vengeance. Rhythm-Incursions has now moved to a podcast only format, from its original FM slot on London’s Resonance FM.

As part of this move the R-I website has had a bit of lift and as of this week the show is airing again, this time on the digital airwaves with regular shows, guest mixes and much much more.

To start it all off, Waxfactor’s ‘Sci Fu’ LP is being given away in full 320kbps glory, complete with artwork and the original promo megamix by Buddy Peace. A serious first podcast and the perfect chance to get your hands and ears on this great little album if you never got round to it.

Head over to the R-I website to grab it all and for full details of the show’s return.

Stay tuned as TTR will be next in line for a revamp, and we’ll be working over the coming months to tie both sites and radio shows together more than ever, with Waxfactor dropping a very very special mix in about a month which will be podcast across both sites, the first of many tie-in podcasts to come.

And don’t forget to sign up for the R-I podcasts if you haven’t already, because trust us there is some serious serious music coming your way on there in the coming weeks. You’ve been warned!
